Radici profonde
L’Osteria della Famiglia Schiavi sulle colline dell’Emilia Romagna pu? essere ricondotta ai primi del 1500. Era uno scambio di carrozze fino ai primi del 900. La vecchia strada Piacenza-Genova vedeva alcuni lavoratori locali del taglio del legno e personale postale gustare la cucina rustica tradizionale, il pane fatto in casa, il formaggio e il vino.
Le vite di Giorgia e Daniele si sono incrociate nel 1986 a Salsomaggiore, Parma, quando entrambi frequentavano la scuola alberghiera.
